WARRANTY POLICY

• Gold Crest, LLC. warrants to the Original Purchaser of this Mighty Bright® product that all manufactured components (except in those cases noted below) will be free of defects in materials and assembly for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• The One Year guarantee does NOT cover defects created by improper usage, such as using the wrong size batteries, incorrect bulbs, improper rated plug-in transformer, damage caused by leaking or corroding batteries, or parts that become defective due to mishandling, abuse, or use for unintended purposes.
• This Special Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the Original unit, and is subject to the discretion of Gold Crest, LLC. If needed, please send your unit post-paid with a copy of the original sales receipt enclosed to the following address:
