Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from MightyBright.com with-in 30 days of shipping date, return it for a full refund of the product price, full credit, or exchange your choice.

All returns must have a authorization number. Contact Gold Crest for information. For the quickest processing, please call customer service at 1-800-922-3233 or 1-805-683-9000 to obtain a return authorization number. This will need to be written on the return label provided with your packing slip and then attached to your package. Please pack all items being returned securely with a copy of your packing slip, using the original packaging if possible. Please send the merchandise prepaid via UPS or USPS and, for your security, insured against loss in transit. Please be assured that we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return. Offers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

*Non-returnable items include used batteries.

Gold Crest warranties the workmanship of all products and will repair or replace defective items under the following guidelines:

RETURN GUIDELINES:

  1. Claims for defective or incorrectly shipped items purchased from MightyBright.com must be reported to Gold Crest within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  2. Merchandise purchased from another source or merchant must be returned to the store where it was purchased.
  3. Gold Crest must authorize all returns. A Return Authorization number must be printed on each returned package.
  4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  5. No return goods accepted freight collect.
  6. Defective goods will be repaired or exchanged as warranted.
  7. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.

Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

If outer shipping carton is damaged:

  1. Retain all packing materials for freight company inspection,
  2. Report damage to your local freight company agent First,
  3. Report damage to Gold Crest customer service for further advice or instruction.

If outer shipping carton is damaged but contents are undamaged, contact Gold Crest Customer Service Department for instructions.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS:

  1. Claim is not reported within 30 days of receipt of order.
  2. Product is returned without obtaining Return Authorization from Gold Crest.
  3. Product is mishandled or improperly repackaged.
  4. Package is returned without original gift box.
  5. Package is ticketed or otherwise defaced.

An 18% restocking fee may be assessed if packaging is not fully acceptable.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused shipments will incur an 18% restocking fee. Restocking fee and all freight charges incurred must be paid prior to release of a subsequent shipment.
