WARRANTY POLICY

• Gold Crest, LLC. warrants to the Original Purchaser of this Mighty Bright® product that all manufactured components (except in those cases noted below) will be free of defects in materials and assembly for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The One Year guarantee does NOT cover defects created by improper usage, such as using the wrong size batteries, incorrect bulbs, improper rated plug-in transformer, damage caused by leaking or corroding batteries, or parts that become defective due to mishandling, abuse, or use for unintended purposes.
• This Special Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the Original unit, and is subject to the discretion of Gold Crest, LLC. If needed, please send your unit post-paid with a copy of the original sales receipt enclosed to the following address:
