RETURNS & OUR 100% MIGHTY BRIGHT GUARANTEE
At Mighty Bright, we stand behind our products. That’s why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee when you buy direct or from any authorized Mighty Bright retailer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return it to us for replacement for up to one year from date of purchase. We will also honor refunds up to one year from the date of purchase if you purchased directly from our site. CONTACT US via our online form to initiate your return, or call our customer service line at 1-800-922-3233, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PT. Please note that shipping costs on returns are not covered by Mighty Bright and we do not provide return labels.
You do not need to register your Mighty Bright product/s for warranty coverage. Please keep the original sales receipt as your warranty record (printed or digital). Your product/s will be covered by warranty for 1 year from the purchase date.
Purchasing directly from Mighty Bright or from an authorized seller is the only way to ensure you do not purchase counterfeit Mighty Bright product. Purchasing from an authorized online seller or authorized brick-and-mortar retailer is also required in order for us to honor our warranty. Please be aware that Mighty Bright does not authorize any third-party sellers on Amazon.com in order to minimize the proliferation of counterfeit Mighty Bright products. We have many products in development, and as a company, it is our policy not to accept any unsolicited submission of product ideas to avoid any possible misunderstandings or disputes should Mighty Bright products seem similar to such unsolicited ideas. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter or email says, the following terms shall apply to your submission:
You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Mighty Bright, without compensation; (2) Mighty Bright may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Mighty Bright to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
